Guitar reviews need to provide basic dimensions, especially for small guitars. We buy them for their small size and good playability.

I have a Yamaha APXT2 and I play it more than all my other ones even at home as it's great to sit down and relax with as it does not get in the way however you sit, have also taken with me and played live on stage, it does not feed back easily it is beautifly in tune and stays in tune and almost every has laughed when I pick it up but are amazed at the huge sound that it produces when plugged in, one of the cheapest and best instruments I own, highly recommended.

My father in law has the Mini Martin. As a novice player I really like it.

Absolutely GS Mini. In fact even before the review started, GS mini was already sounding great!

For me the best Travle Guitar is the Sigma TME with a Massiv Body and Electric System. I love this Guitar at Home and on Stage.

That CT 60 sounded better than the little Martin and its one I've never considered before. I might have to get one. Mind you, your playing makes everything sound great

Just picked up a YAMAHA CSF1M!!! Was going to choose the Taylor Baby Guitar 2016, but noticed that the CSF had a better sound and the size is perfect for me! Can’t wait to perform!

I think the Yamaha sounded the best here, just listening on my iPhone speaker. I played a couple last week and they were really nice.

I’m surprised by the fender too. Sounded nice for $200 bucks.

Journey Carbon cutaway, indestructible, plays well, small body, nice case it's not just a traveler for me; my everyday player. $1200 bucks, but you'll never hurt it or worry about it. No equalizer but has decent pickup inside. The cutaway doesn't go completely through the instrument so it can be a bit of a stretch to hit those very highest notes. I paid an extra $50 for a blue one. I love mine and have no regrets. When people ask me if I play the guitar, I whip this thing out and say, "Yeah, I play a little

Hi, I am a BIG FAN of all your videos. If possible, please make a 2020 video on new travel guitars. We would like to see the Taylor GS mini Koa plus compared to 1) Fender PM-TE Mahogany Travel, 2) Washburn G Mini 55 Koa and 3) Breedlove Companion body Organic series all solid guitar and if you know anything else like these. To be precise, Compact Body Solid Top (or all solid) Guitars with Electronics and Good Play-ability with Good Sound + Overall Value for money. Thank you in advance!

Outstanding video, Chris! Thank you, I am considering a travel guitar and your video could not have been more timely. It really helps that you play the same music for each guitar so that we can make direct comparisons to volume and tone. Very helpful.

If you guys are traveling, get the Taylor BT-2. The GS Mini is a bit too large. My experience.

There’s a great travel guitar that I never see mentioned or reviewed, it’s the Luna Safari Supreme. It’s a 3/4 size dreadnaught like the Baby Taylor. The Luna Safari Supreme has a solid spruce top with laminate mahogany back and sides. The back is also bowled like the Baby Taylor, which gives it more volume and a little more low end. It also comes with a case and is only $200. It’s a great guitar (I own one), and for whatever reason it’s always overlooked and never reviewed.

thanks for the great shootout, i think the CSF1M sounded best, but it seemed a little bigger than the others as well...
