ended 2021 with a moriarty video, it was just fair to start 2022 with another moriarty video 🤷🏻‍♀️

this is another one of those overused songs i've wanted to edit since forever, and i'm glad i picked it because the vibe fits the scenes so well in my opinion. the original plan was going for a regular sherliam video, but in the end i guess i focused more on william himself? in any case, i had fun even though at one point i did get stuck as usual. but that's the norm, at this point

i did try to match the lyrics here and there, even though idk any french at all

Awesome editing, I like that there are scenes that seem to continue each other, like at 00:22 his right hand stained with blood transitions into the same hand closing around a coin.
Also, the connection with the lyrics: 00:17, "...avec le vent" (with the wind), and there's wind blowing in William's hair, 00:18 "...la pluie" (the rain), over the image of his hair and face wet, 00:43 "...vole vole vole vole" (fly fly etc) when the black birds are shown flying.
