This scene is perfect.

Sam Raimi definitely really understood the character, what a great take on it.

19 years later, and even after watching No Way Home, this scene still gives me chills. Tobey will always be my Spider-Man!!!

Yes I came back here after watching spiderman NWH. The MCU can NEVER replicate this. Still one of the best cinematic film that transcend the generic superheroes movies. So proud to be young and alive to experience the first 3 films. What nostalgia. When Tobey spiderman music score played in the background, a deep yearning came from deep within. Something I've missed so long but never knowing what it was. It was so far and out of my grasp. And then I finally realized it. My childhood. My childhood innocence and sense of wonder.

When doc asked how Peter was doing and he replied still trying to do better. That was the one scene that was deeply touching for me. Such an honest answer. He did not try to lie or pretend that everything is OK or hide behind a false smile. He answer him just like any other person would. We all strive to be better each day. To do better snd make better decisions. Such a grounded human like answer. Hence the best spiderman/Peter Parker.

Probably half the cgi budget in this film went into this one sequence and it was so fucking worth it.

Using the Raimi suit in Spider-Man PS4:

"Who am I? I'm Spider-Man."

And I *feel* it.

The new spider-man movie had an homage to this ending.

Choir and everything, it's was so good!

No director can match Raimi’s vision when it comes to web swinging. 20 years later, bigger budgets, overusing CGI and still no one can beat what Sam Raimi and his team did in 2002.

I had waited my whole life to see a Spider-Man movie, finally saw it happen in an amazing way. In my local theater on opening night in 2002, Spidey swings to black out the screen, credits roll, and that sold out audience erupted with applause.

Saw the No Way Home trailer and now I'm here reminding myself of who's the greatest Spider-Man of all-time.

This scene is amazing given the fact that this movie came out about a year after 9/11. And to see Spider-Man land on that flag pole with the American flag flying high is a symbol of strength and hope.

When he landed right by the American flag and that theme music . Gives me chills all the time

This is the real Spider-Man and the movie that launched the hero movie era. Without this movie there would be no marvel movie series and no hero movie/tv era. This is the movie that made it all possible.

This scene alone is why Spider-Man 2002 is still the best spider-man movie and my favourite film of all time!
