It's so delicious that I make this recipe almost every day! Simple broccoli recipe.
Recipe and ingredients
00:00 250 g broccoli.
00:39 Pour hot water and leave for 5 minutes.
00:44 20 g green onions.
01:08 3 eggs.
01:17 Salt, Black pepper.
01:24 Add green onions.
01:36 Drain broccoli.
01:48 Cut broccoli into small pieces.
02:06 Add to bowl with eggs and green onions.
02:13 Add 50g Parmesan cheese (optional) and mix well.
02:27 Olive oil.
02:31 Medium heat.
02:40 Pour into the pan.
02:45 Distribute evenly.
02:50 Fry for 3-5 minutes.
02:57 Turn over with a plate.
03:05 Fry for another 2 minutes.
