I can use this notebook to connect to a monitor via USB-C connection with a 4k resolution (3840 x 2160) at 60 hz (Sample monitor: Dell Monitor U2720Q), and at the same time charge the notebook battery via USB- C connected to the Dell Monitor U2720Q?

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad E490, which only has an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 GPU, however when connected to the monitor (Dell Monitor U2720Q) via USB-C with 4k (3840 x 2160) resolution at 60 hz, there are some lags on the mouse from time to time, mouse clicks are not so fast, the image is not so smooth. What can this problem be? Is it because this notebook has only integrated video card and does not have a dedicated video card? When I reduce the resolution for the external monitor in Windows to 2560 x 1440 at 60 Hz the image is normal.

In E14 the exhaust is completely blocked by the hinge...is this a good design ? How are the cpu temperatures on idle and load?

Das Gerät ist nicht gut durchdacht! Separater Stromanschluss fehlt!
Es hat nur einen Thunderbolt-Multi-Anschluss (für Strom und Daten)
Wenn man eine Samsung T7 anschliesst, läuft das E 14 auf Batterie!
