Here's what I understand from this anime:

Apparently, there's an annual summit called BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) where they can get "free money" from this summit, I assume it's a loan. All this countries tried their best to get the money and working together for reaching their common goals: Free money. I think this is the first time I see India and China working together in So Sorry. USA seems like didn't like this summit, as it shows that Obama sneaking through summit and spying on them, and he seems unpleasant about it.

Note that I'm not a master of geopolitics, I can assume that BRICS summit brings these countries together because they have the common goal. Especially India and China were they used to be portrayed like archnemesis for each of two. USA doesn't like this summit because either they can't influence politically all of these countries or this summit cost alot of money for the US.

What do you guys think? I accept any corrections since I don't know alot about geopolitics.
