This song isn't just about rodeo. Instantly brought me to tears after thinking about my time in the military. After 8 years in the Army, this hit me like a ton of bricks. It was a love/hate relationship. Made me a better man but I left to focus on my family. I still miss it....at times. It's funny how we only look back on the good times and don't remember all of the hard times. This song has helped put me at peace with my decision to leave.
