It annoys me when characters in historical films say "fire" to archers. "Fire" refers to the application of fire once muskets were invented much later. The command would have been "loose!" or "release!".

Amazing how, even thousands of years ago, the Romans always had a full orchestra behind them, hidden somewhere in the woods, to accentuate and provide drama for EVERY battle. LOL

I remember her in Centurion. Her character had no tongue, she had no lines in the whole movie, just one scream. She also had one of the most badass descriptions made by one of the Romans when she was looking at Michael Fassbender's character.
'When a woman looks at you like that, she's trying to decide whether she wants to fight you or fu*k you.'
Fassbender asks, 'how do you know what she's decided?'
'You're either alive or dead!'

I sure hope they get this right because it's a hell of a story. Sadly, movies like this bomb out on historical accuracy. The worst was probably The Eagle with Picts (an Iron Age culture) using stone clubs and bones as weapons and shaving their heads.
