Belichick may say he takes it day by day but we all know he takes it week by week which leads to month by month which in turn makes it year by year which can only be done by taking things hour by hour which takes taking each moment minute by minute thus second by second.

Bill should’ve answered “oh I don’t know. He’s only been playing football his whole life, his dream was to be an NFL QB, he’s now a starting QB for the Patriots. But is he eager to come back from injury and live out his dream he gets paid millions of dollars for? Oddly enough, he doesn’t seem too eager at all!”
