That statement is true. Piperton has been a speed trap for many years especially on Highway 72 just east of I 269.

7:35 There was stub ramps at that interchange before I-269 opened. Piperton seems to be a nice place. Big cities tend to have small towns surrounding it. It will be a long time before I-69 is complete.

I approve any route that bypasses Memphis. I try and avoid that shit hole anytime I can. I don't want to have to even stop for gas in Shelby County because they don't deserve the tax dollars.
