Are my eyes correct seeing this video. Does the new MF MagnaFlow Cat-Back have the flapper valve that's also in factory Silverado exhaust?

Did you clamp the flapper valve open for the sound clips? I have the same system on my 2016 GMC Sierra and it makes horrible whistling noise.
