I see few people commenting about the looks and lyrics( like you guys should use your own lyrics don't destroy the essence of kabir's writings etc). If you guys need pure music just go and check out original channel of Nirali kartik where she wears ethnic only and sings pure raagas. How many views those videos get, way less than this. Why can't we appreciate the hard work and collaboration to promote the indian folk and classical music by the medium of fusion. Maatibaani is under rated, this channel should have much more subscribers more appropriation...

Initially I saw a girl with curly hair approach the mike, I thought MaatiBaani might be teaming up with some rock band lead singer. I switched windows to do my work. But then the voice came and I switched back to youtube and honestly was a little shocked, in a good manner, to see Nirali in a new avtar.
