after some patch training I was finally getting back to some good quality runs. with my season opener on the horizon in the 100m I'm looking to make sure my Max Velocity and Speed endurance are on point as these have always been weak areas that need some work. also excited to run in the 4x400m relay with my team as I've never done a relay race at a high level before.

The top tier excercises imo is weighted sled sprints
