Maxon Cinema 4D UK Reel 2013

Cinema 4D is used by leading studios in the UK to create, among many other things, 3D animation for BBC, ITV, Sky, Channel 4, Channel 5, and for some of the best-known video games around.

C4D is professional quality software. It is not "too expensive" if you use it to make your living.

I'm not an idiot, I was refering to the fact their program supports 4k output files yet this "showreel" is in 720p... not even 1080p

Better for what kind of stuff? Motion Graphics? Simulations? Character Animation? Architecture Visualisation? Any of these Software packages has its strengths. So there can't be just better

I believe it's not that expensive compared to 3D Max. If you're a student (or know one) they have excellent discounts for students. I'm also a programmer and I know it might not seem like much but to a software company pirating hurts them. I'm not saying I parate anything but I like to try products like this fist before purchasing them. C4D is totally worth it and paying for it will help the company bring us more groundbreaking updates of the program. Just check it out and try for yourself.

 I am having trouble with placing a text in front of an object ( TV ), it just goes behind the

Great stuff, however the show reel is a bit too long after a while! That said, the animal planet animation was brilliant, quite vivid and exciting!
