Thanks Berta! Since you asked I'll comment again that your cream gravy made with blended brown rice and toasted nuts (I use cashews) is one of my favorite recipes. I've used it for the last two holiday dinners I've made. Even my carnivore husband loves it!

Hi Miss Berta! I would love to have a healthy version of my Mom's peach cobbler. Hers was, I guess, the southern style (peaches in light syrup with all these little dumplings, seasoned with cinnamon and maybe a little nutmeg), not the kind where you put peaches in the bottom of a pan and pour batter over it (which is also good, but not what I'm looking for). There was a place here a few years back called Ragin' Cajun which made one similar to Mom's, but they closed when the manager retired. If you're into peaches and you'd like to give something like this a try, I'd love to see what you come up with. 😊

Hi Berta, I'm just catching up on this live now. I've noticed some other YouTubers schedule their live shows in a way that it shows up in my subscription tab, so it looks like a video but you can't click on it, it just gives you the date and time. Thought I'd mention this as an option because you said you were concerned people aren't seeing the community posts, perhaps you could communicate your lives both ways if you can work out how the scheduling option works. I know the vegan YouTuber Kathy Hester does it this way, perhaps you could reach out to her if you need instruction, she is lovely. Thanks for the show, I always enjoy hanging out with you. xx
