Footage of 3877 East 55th in Cleveland's Slavic Village Neighborhood.

Located off Fleet ave going south, sits 3877 East 55th. Built-in 1900, the property is owned by Dorothy Peters who owned it since 1985 and, for some reason quick deeded it to herself in 1997, and again in 2000, the current taxes owed is $6,900.04 and has not been paid since 2013 according to records, this includes a past-due water bill and board up fees.

My guess is the owner died and the family just gave up on it and never claimed it. The property was apparently supposed to have been demoed in 2017 but I am sure, as you can see by the footage the demo company wanted nothing to do with the clean up of this property.

It remains yet another property in this neighborhood waiting to be put down.

Only thing you weren't able to see was the whole left side of house in between the two. All the basement foundation is caved in and you can go right into the basement. Very dangerous
