Lime crema is used as a fish taco cream sauce but I use it on ALL the tacos. Leftovers are perfect in tortilla soup and Mexican-style baked potatoes too!

Great video, thank you! I’m making this! I just bought this same juicer and found out to turn the citrus half upside down, it blew my mind! I hope that tip helps to too:) I changed my life lol, it turns the citrus half “inside out” and squeezes easily and gets all the juice from it 🙂

Hey try flipping your lime around the other way in the lime press. I see a lot of people using them backwards like this.

This is not crema.

1 cup heavy cream
1 T buttermilk

Let sit at room temp for 16 to 36 hours. Add 1/4 t salt for flavor. Lime juice, lime zest, and garlic should be added after thickening has been reached. She just added lime juice to sour cream. Blanco strikes
