•1 ½ Frozen Bananas.
•Small knob of ginger.
•1 Tbsp Sea Moss Gel.
•1 Tsp Organic Turmeric Powder.
•⅛ Tsp Black Pepper ( This helps the body to absorb the turmeric.)
•1Cup Coconut Water. You can use Pineapple or Orange Juice also.

Blend until smooth like your heel back and enjoy.
