Built 1944 Yak 9 D-FIST is now owned and flown by Nils Holtermann based at Bremen/Weser Wümme Airfield in northern Germany.

This years Stearman & Friends American Classics event at Flugplatz Bienenfarm near Berlin was absolutely great with plenty of sights and sounds 4 days long !

I really don't understand why my old 1990's VHS camcorder always recorded aircraft accurately and naturally running, no "frame rate" problems with the propellers warping, stopping, spinning backward, fluttering, etc..yet it seems all modern "high tech" video recording devices seem to be unable to record them without those problems?...
