0.0114*82%=0.093, not 0.0977. It may be a mistake in the book. They assumed 21% O2 in the outlet gas flow in their calculation, but it is 20.1% in the problem.
You used the correct equations, but you used their wrong result.
The final KLa value should be 0.17 s-1, instead of 0.22 s-1 based on my calculation.

For part (a), I think you forgot to divide volume which is 20L.
