Guys I think I may have found it out, this song might be a scrambled version of the song “goodbye to a world” and we get more evidence of this in the panic city zone theme video where during the part where the voices from this trailer come in and in the background a scene which is one taking care of the world, I think this is a direct reference to the song and this might be the answer you have been waiting for.
