I sleep nine hours average s night, for many years, I'm in a better mood, less stressed, able to think clearer, less mistakes at whatever job I'm doing. Unfortunatelty, the way society and the job market has been going in the last 40 years, more work hours, faster faster faster, more more more, and earlier earlier earlier. Anybody remember when the news started at 6-30 am? NOT 4:30 or 5, longa tima go, things were slower paced, people got more sleep 40 years ago, and according to many studies and reports done, less sleep is causing health problems, increased bad addictions, bad eating habits, etc
