Follow the baby steps!! Choosing to live on the road has got to be hard. I’m in baby step 2, Debt currently at $33K, started with $40, 000 beginning last year! Documenting my journey on this platform following Dave’s Total Money Makeover! Had a friend who for two years paid off debt by living in hotels and taking every sales job with his company going from city to city closing deals. He cleared his debt and then bought a house.

I hope he gets the promotion. But man he makes 60k a year with little to no overhead and he is that far behind in supporting his own children? ridiculous. Supporting your own children should not be optional.

Dave's unwillingness to include taxes in his calculations are completely ridiculous. After taxes, 90K is like 55K a year in California
