This is the quiet brilliance behind the design of Shark Tank’s all-time best-selling product that nobody’s talking about

You see, the Scrub Daddy’s ORIGINAL use was actually for cleaning car mechanic’s hands.

The Inventor Aaron Krause found holding a circle more comfortable than a rectangular sponge, and the ridges were meant to clean underneath your fingernails,

But the eye holes were meant to clean your fingers. WHICH now INSTEAD give you better leverage to scrub deep inside cups and jars.

The thermoplastic polymer material, which LIKELY includes polycaprolactone, is also unique with how water temperature changes its texture:

it’s soft and absorbent in warm water, but it becomes rock hard and firm in cold water,

So Krause then realized its dishwashing properties, SINCE IT DOESN’T scratch cars OR cookware, and he added the smile to clean utensils on both sides in one motion.

And the polymer material is also odor-resistant, stain resistant, and top rack dishwasher safe.

I don't really use the Scrub Daddy because I find it gets shredded pretty quick, but the Scrub Mommy, Sponge Daddy, and Scour Daddy are all absolute godsends.

I gave in to the hype 2 weeks ago and I bought a scrub mommy, because she has a soft side (teehee) and I cannot imagine having to live in a house that doesn’t have one ever again. Scrub mommy made washing dishes like 2x faster at least. It’s not wet and moldy and stinky like sponges. I went thru sponges so fast because I’m not gonna wash what I use to cook and eat with a wet soggy stinky germ and mildew factory. Scrub mommy is a friggin game changer. I love it
