I'm pretty sure she is using her ult at 1:15 You can see the little green flame or whatever above the icon which means its being activated.

You can see what ability is used, the icons have a little smoke appearing near them when they are used, she does use her ultimate and thats when she starts to "glow", get combat stim and heals after each kill. You can see that she never uses the Q and she starts healing as soon as the opponent is dead while in her ultimate

if you look closely, the red armor actually looks like a heart. I think that since it said she was "overhealed" that is how much extra health she has, so the next time she takes damage, she would use that up
