I can't understand why an organization like Micro$oft that releases both FS2020 and FS2024, doesn't offer the possibility to import all your FS-2020 profiles of the yokes, throttles, pedals into FS-2024.
Probably not until 457 updates when everyone has reprogrammed everything.

I spent about 8 hours before your stream attempting to set my Bravo for parking brake and panel lights in the DC3. I really had trouble resolving conflicts, which you explained nicely in your stream. The backbreaker for me before your show was the different in Input and Search fields when creating a control. Thanks so much.

Very useful video. Yes, in hardware, moving the different axises doesn't show anything moving in FS2024 controls axis setup.
As for the keyboard, if it is possible to use the FS2020 keyboards settings, why did they do different FS2024 keyboards settings? Is there a way to print all the new FS2024 keyboards settings?
Also, replacing y for slew by a combination of keys is tricky: bad enough to press 1 key, then 2 keys is cumbersome. What have they been smoking? Or, am I missing something? (too many commands in FS2024?)

I was a little shocked they didn’t allow a msfs2020 control preset configuration. Not against new key binds but man did it get me a while to feel fluid navigating their interface.

Mark when you are using your inset of the throttle quadrant We cant see some of the things you are doing because its hidden by that inset on the far right of the screen. Thank you for your videos they have been very helpful and informative. Just after I typed this you pulled the inset down and to the right thank you

I'm still at point zero with all of this. Not a single flight was possible.
Can't get my Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo to work at all. No matter what I try. No response whatsoever.
Sim still takes >5 Minutes to load.
Whenever I start a flight, I randomly sit somewhere in the cabin. Sometimes on the floor, sometimes in the back...
Today, my yoke actually worked after loading a flight. Unfortunately the red avatar from hell was standing right in front of the instrument panel, proudly holding his ERROR sign.
When I try to customize my identity, the sim crashes.
Trying to restart a flight, I end up spinning somewhere in the Milky Way, followed by three beeps and a message that I have crashed (I have crashed? No. The sim has crashed).
All of this with standard Asobo planes (C172, Grand Caravan), on a PC above ideal specs and an internet connection of 250 Mbit / 15 ms ping. Empty community folder, of course.
I was hoping that today's update would solve some of this, but no.
I don't even know where to start submitting support tickets. It's just too much for me.
I uninstalled today, went back to MSFS 2020 and will have a look at the forums once in a while to see if things have improved.
Bye MSFS 2024 for now.
