Probably one of my favorite stands in the series. I love how it’s usefulness relies on the weather to which comes very much into play for the fights outcome. And his visuals of body parts traveling with the rain drops is so cool to see.

Stand stats are weird they either refer to the ability or the physical stand itself. In the case of catch the rainbow its referring to the stand itself since its an extension of blackmoore it has average human stats since blackmoore is an average human (atleast by stand user standards) while a stand like kiss has ridiculous stats but the stand itself is physically unimpressive but its ability packs an insane punch

and if u die within the rain, the rain sops the bleeding but if the rain stops the bleeding will continue as you die, still good tbh, its like gently weeps but rain
