CEED is an energy and environmental justice organization based in Minneapolis, MN. We are dedicated to ensuring that justice is a fundamental part of environmental and energy strategies and solutions, and that all voices, most especially Indigenous peoples, communities of color, and those with moderate and low incomes, are meaningfully included. Our primary work is in the areas of climate change, energy, and environment. We work in and with community, doing popular education, organizing, and policy advocacy and research on these issues.

I LOVE this video, it is so simple yet makes such a huge statement. Thank you for posting this!

So many comments available here. I’ll make the biggest one: factories locate primarily based on economics and infrastructure. They need a certain size piece of land at as low cost possible and equally important infrastructure. If a person in these communities say they don’t have infrastructure and have a factory then they are lying. It’s NOT about race. The same goes for landfills.

I work in the field and this video does not hit as some of the comments suggest... this video is underwhelming.
