Combo na saging (Maruya or Banana Fritter)

Combo na saging is one of the yummiest Pinoy merienda that you can easily make at home.

Ingredients :
📍 6pcs ripe mashed bananas (saba)
📍 1 cup flour
📍 3/4 cup sugar
📍 1 tsp baking powder
📍 1/2 tsp salt
📍 1 and a half vanilla
📍 1 egg (beaten)
📍 200ml or 1 cup fresh milk
📍 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
📍 3/4 cup oil (for frying)

Procedure :
1. Slice the bananas into smaller cut and mash it using fork. Set aside.
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
3. Add milk, egg, vanilla and mix well. Add mashed bananas and mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
4. In a large pan, heat oil and once it's ready add at least 3 tbsp of the mixture.
5. Fry each sides for about 4-5 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
6. Coat with sugar (you can use tupperware or ziplock then shake well)

Serve it with super cold na COKE. THE BEST! 👌

Sa dinami ng recipe sa you tube ito talga npanood ko, nakakaumay sobrang tamis khit hndi ko ginya ang measurement ng sugar binwasan ko. Dpat pla water lang ska walng egg.
