History of Mankind audiobook.
The Neolithic Era is the period when the first records of human culture were written down. The Neolithic was a period of rapid growth and expansion, with agricultural societies beginning to develop in the Near East around 5000 BCE. This was accomplished by the introduction of agricultural tools, which enabled the domestication of plants and animals. The transition from nomadic to settled life was marked by the emergence of the first major agricultural civilizations. This increased mobility and the increased efficiency of farming enabled communities to become more prosperous and to have greater control over their own resources. Even in the ancient world, when we had to drink water from lakes and rivers, it was necessary to have a source of potable water nearby.
The earliest settlements on the banks of rivers in Mesopotamia are believed to have been built by the ancient Sumerians, who were in the region around 2500 BCE. The division of labour was not only necessary for the production of grain, but also for the production of food for the growing season, which was also the period of most intensive cultivation. The rise of the upper class and the development of cities were accompanied by the rise of capitalism, which saw the rise of the peasantry as a major source of labor and capital. Thus, the development of writing and accounting systems was necessary.
However, the rise of empires in the Middle Ages and Renaissance, which were the most powerful in human history, was followed by a decline. The Middle Ages (c. 500–1500 CE) saw the birth of the Christian Church, the decline of the Islamic Golden Age, and the rise of the Renaissance. With the advance of printing technology, the period between 1540 and 1650 was marked by a rapid expansion of information and communication, the development of new forms of communication and information, and the creation of new forms of knowledge. The Enlightenment and the Age of Exploration, respectively, were periods of great change in the world, and therefore, are generally referred to as the "Early Modern" and "Early Modern" periods.
In the nineteenth century, the Industrial Revolution began, and the Industrial Revolution Era was characterized by an unprecedented expansion of knowledge and technology. The idea of a "historical" periodization is also expressed in the term "historical chronology," which refers to a systematic approach to the historical and cultural development of Europe and the Mediterranean. Ancient China and ancient India had many different periods of history. The "globalization" of the 18th century was the result of centuries of trade and colonization, and the expansion of technology, which made it possible for new civilizations to be established.
And as a result of the rapid increase in population and information-transfer, the planet's human communities are increasingly exposed to the risks of climate change and environmental degradation.
