Gauntlet is a maze. This song is the struggles of a knight going through the maze and trying to survive. They are doing ok when the music is light and airy, but when the music is harsh and intense, they are trapped and in peril.

I'm in 8th grade rn and I'm in my city's youth orchestra. First violin first chair and it's a great piece. I auditioned for a higher ensemble but I didn't make it into that one. They put me in the lower one and we are playing it I love it
