A red of 52 years and this is up there with best renditions I have ever heard and I have been home and away with this great club, cup finals and all, absolutely magnificent, Melbourne take a bow and epitomises everything about LFC globally 👏👏👏👏👌

Liverpool could play in the middle of the Amazon rainforest and there would probably be at least one jaguar standing there with a red scarf.

My Dad was born and raised in Wallasey and emigrated to Melbourne in 1965.
He was a lifelong Liverpool FC fan.
I was holding it together at his funeral until this song started.
In the six years since Dad passed, I’ve watched this video many times because it reminds me of his journey from Liverpool to Melbourne, and how this bloke who spoke with a Beatles accent became an Aussie.
He didn’t walk alone.

I’m a life long Chelsea fan . 58 years. Born in London. Listening to that Ynwa in Melbourne 12000 miles away from Liverpool city, that is what you call a footballing spiritual experience, no matter what team you support. Australia you deserve to host the FIFA World Cup: That was fantastic

This is just... sick. You can support any club at any kind of sport worldwide, but getting 95000 people sing their hymn at the end of the world like this is something what just Liverpool can do. Goosebumps everywhere. Impressive.

Massive respect from Hamburg, Germany.

This gives me chills. My late fiance was an avid Liverpool fan. When we lost him, I wrote to the ground to thank them for his many years of enjoyment.
They sent 12 red roses to the funeral, making even this lifelong Chelsea fan cry!
With you my me in spirit Aid, I will never walk alone. RIP, 20 years seems like 20 minutes.

I’m born LIVERPOOL, moved to Australia 🇦🇺 I was at that electrifying match. Received about 8 phone calls from my cousins in Liverpool screaming with excited while they were in the pub lol. I’ll NEVER replace that night - one of a kind ⚪️🔴⚪️🔴

You understand how big is this club when they play on the other side of the Earth and get a support like this.

This is why Australia should host a world cup. Atmosphere is just spectacular. And so many world class stadiums around the country with high seating capacities.Just imagine the world cup final being played in the MCG with 120, 000 fans. The country is so well developed modern and full of football fans. They have hosted the best Asian Cup, the olympics, come on, Australia host a world cup!

Getting your home fans to sing for you is one thing, but to go halfway across the planet and fill a stadium with 95, 000 people doing THIS... wow, just WOW!

I was there at this game. This was the first soccer match I ever went to. I was 7 years old and me and my dad flew from sydney to melbourne just to see this game. I remember everything. When they were singing never walk alone, I cried because it was just so amazing to see thousands people sing in unity. It's a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life. My grandad was born in liverpool, he died before I was born but my heritage there is one of the reasons why I love that team.

I was working for Victorian Government when we brought Liverpool FC to Melbourne. Sat next to a senior LFC exec at the game that night who said they’d sold more merch that day than any day in their history.
Made me proud. YNWA.
