Well this is absolutely true...the part where they ask themselves, "is this the kind of person I would enjoy to work with...vibe it...have drinks" is mostly the deciding factor of whether they take you or not...I was interviewed for two roles, the same investment company...they just didn't like me or vibe with me...the first interview role...I didn't get they just referred me to a different role and set a new interview date...PS: I'm not a CFA holder yet...just a Postgraduate Economist... stopped by this video just to see if I do the CFA is worth a shot... honestly I'm going to try it out...
