Umbasa great video! A super pro tip I might add, mainly for us low level co op and pvpers is this: if you’re exclusively invading or being summoned for boss fights you can easily use 2 op talismans and your wondrous physik flask to gain 15 more levels “free” to meet your soft cap and/or minimum requirements for weapon or spell use. The talismans are both radagon and marikas soreseals, with these you will gain extra 5 in all stats! Now use your str dex or int physik boost and that’s another 10 points in one stat for 3 minutes, combine this with certain helmets or armor equals my level 1 wretch can literally have 15 in every stat with 31 intelligence at level 1!! (Intelligence physik plus double glintstone helmet). PLUS if you’re the host or playing solo godricks great rune gives 5 more in all stats!!! So my friends my level 1 wretch is indeed playing with 20 in all stats with 36 intelligence at level 1. UmbAsa.

Arcane only increases status effect build up if the weapon has arcane scaling. Also some status effects can't be increased at all using any stat or scaling.

Sorcery and incantation scaling is impacted by stats and the weapon scaling attributes. To say they are not impacted by stats at all is incorrect information.
