Im max level and heres what I recommend:
1-60: Capture point or kill X curses
60-120: Fingerbearer
120-205: Dagon easy and medium I dont rlly recommend the easy mahito as its annoying to kill and not much exp difference from medium dagon
205-300: Usually only mahito but u can do Jogo too but hes way more annoying to kill so not for me
300-420: Toji as he's so easy to kill and its free exp. just grind his easy then medium then hard up to 420 and boom ur there

capture isnt a good mission even for under level 60, the best mission is kill "x" ammount of curses usually from 4 to 8, it takes less than 30 seconds to do so it gives most xp considiring the time it takes which makes it better than all the others

best mission is kill a single unknown curse, it gives way more and with the right build you will shred this curse in less than 20 secs

you guys just check how much EXP every mission/quest gives you and then compare them and choose the one that gives the most amount of exp and that's pretty much it for beginners

One of the best way to get money is selling mission orbs they are so easy to get and if you have 428 you will get 142k and lets say you are lvl 210 you will have in total 712 (i think) and that goes for 321k (i think yet again)

i've always found grinding bosses to be the fastest way since i can solo em

lvl 120 - 165 is so slow with bosses so i suggest doing story and daily / 1 time quests around that lvl)

i recommend grind capture from 120 to 300 Theres alot of monster spawning and give alot of exp its like 1 level per capture quest but if u have exp buffs it gives more

Best method I know is doing defeating curse user. It gives you like half of the xp and you need to do just 2 missions to get 1 level and u can do 2 mission is just 2 min or lower (if u know how to do one shot combo)

To he honest i feel more that when you doing capture missions (three types and on level 280+ type) you get more exp than doing bosses because on capture missions tons of curses spawn which you get exp from them and its massive so much im right now near level 360 and it took me like hour or two because i was lazy but if i locked in i would have it faster. And bosses are hard to beat, have annoying attacks (mahito for example) and makes you sweat more. Like when i fighting tons of curses i can just punch them and barely take any damage and have 1 and half of new level instead of getting myself in pain for hour. In capture mission you don't get only exp from mission but exp from curses you kill and more you kill more curses spawn and when you end capture mission all curses that left will die and give you more exp. I can say the bosses has a bigger chance to give you better items and good crafting materials. But for getting exp i would just use every exp multiplayer i have, turn on 280+ missions (when you get on missions you look at that right tab with types of missions, scroll down and click 280+) and roll 2 star or 3 star capture over and over again.
