One MUST BE IN A STATE OF GRACE, regardless of verbal or written prayer- to receive blessings from God. Particular blessings.

The writing of the prayer, does not bestow the blessings. It is a hope, that if we remain in a state of Grace, Gods blessings shall be upon us ( those that live or enter within. ) similar to the salutation of Peace mentioned in the New Testament upon entering a home. Only if there are people in a state of Grace/ thus with Holy Peace, that the salutation takes effect; otherwise it returns to you.

Every one receives general blessings regardless of soul state: the sun shine for all, He makes it rain upon all.
