My download simply restarts all the time, the download speed resets and when it comes back it simply returns to the amount that was downloaded

I'll just say that I was SHOCKED as someone in the US, that turning my VPN on, connecting it also in the US And then adjusting the autotuning level jumped me from around 25-30 mb/s to ~200. I feel like that should matter but for me it did for some reason.

I know this video is old and i am late to the party but sometimes the VPN has the opposite effect depending which one u have. i had RadminVPN installed and running unbeknownst to me and it was causing me to have <5mbps so definitely make sure you try disabling VPN's if having one on does not work.

Life saver. ive downloaded the game at 20mbs for 13 hours and half of the game hasnt downloaded but then i used the CMD command and my download speed went up to about 200mbs

Just like many others, used the CMD trick and went from 20mbps to a solid 120-130mbps, thank you very much.

Confirming it works for me. It has DRAMATICALLY increased my download speeds. Took me 9 hours to get to 1% of a 20GB update. After doing this netsh command, I’ve downloaded 4% worth of the update in 5 minutes! GAME CHANGER!
