Welcome to Engineering Hack! In today's video we are a problem on entropy in to turbines steam engines. The problem tells us that steam enters a steady flow adiabatic turbine and leaves the turbine as a saturated vapor, and we want to determine the isentropic efficiency of the turbine. The problem requires you to know the definition of work, efficiency and how to do interpolation, with some other pure substances. Everything else comes by analyzing the problem and the system at hand.

Problem statement: Steam enters a steady flow adiabatic turbine with at 350°C, 4 MPa. The steam leaves the turbine at 120 kPa as a saturated vapor. Determine the Isentropic efficiency of the turbine.
