This is totally unrelated, and I don't know if anyone would be able to relate, but to ask in an undetailed way, does anyone have a good, quick, effective method/technique of completely shutting out/eradicating very unwanted memories & thoughts, such as those of getting attacked, bullied, wronged & insulted, other than obvious reccomendations such as meditation, medication, going up the GP, mindfulness, therapy, distractions or journaling. I have tried & am trying all of those things & much more but to no success.

The authority members in educational, social & healthcare establishments have made it harshly clear that I am not taken seriously nor liked but I am increasingly suffering,
I really need and deserve to focus and get the grades I want.
If you are can offer genuine help, I would be very thankful.
