How Do I Get Windows 10 x64 PRO KEYS for UNDER $5!?

Whenever I do builds, there is always someone who asks about how and where I get my windows 10 x64 pro keys, so I thought I would share with you how I get them... and the answer is.... ebay!

When my local Staples store went out of business, I bought an entire shipping box - still sealed!, chocked FULL of boxed retail copies of Windows 8 Pro (the original 8, not 8.1). I think there was 48 of them in there originally, and I paid $200 for the whole box. To this very day [last tested personally 4 days ago] all of these keys still work to activate a Windows 10 Pro install. I was a bit worried when Microsoft advertised Dec. 31, 2017 as the last day you could still use keys from older versions of Windows, but they don't seem to have enacted that yet as they still work.

I don't see a problem with using these keys. Most of them come from OEM units purchased in batches, by large companies, who use their own disk image to standardize their computers. This means that the unused Win10 licence has technically been paid for.

Another cheap way to get Windows 10 pro keys is to buy old Dell cases(sometimes less than $20 bucks) that still have their genuine license stickers for Windows 7 Pro. You can use windows 7 keys to activate 10 to this day. I've been buying old dell Vostro mid tower cases(got 4 of them for $17 a piece with windows keys on them) and putting Optiplex 390 motherboards($20) in them that support sandy bridge i7s and their Xeon equivalents. Windows 10 has been activating like a charm. It also helps that if you install the incorrect version (ie pro, home, enterprise), windows 10 will configure itself to be the home or pro version depending on what key you entered.

Purchased Windows 7 ultimate in 2010 and the activation code still works today for Windows 10 Pro. Thanks Microsoft!

Great channel. You actually build PCs in the real world, like we have to do. Sourcing used parts and finding good deals on new parts within a budget. Other channels often show expensive high end stuff, which is cool, but nothing I would ever actually buy. Thanks for keeping it real.

Used that same seller a few times and others. Never had ANY problems and they deliver within a few minutes usually. I start an install and buy a key and still get it before I need it! They get the keys from old machines as far as I know and they are legit copies bought in bulk by businesses.

I have Windows 8.1 which I actually paid $130 for. But when I change my setup I upgrade to Windows 10 for free by using "assistive technologies" on the Microsoft website.
It's technically for disabled people but Microsoft never actually ask or verify if you are disabled so it's essentially an upgrade for free. Works with Windows 7 too apparently

works for me bought one for $5. Its better than using cracked key activators that can damage the OS over time. The seller was even kind enough to give me a CC cleaner Pro Key as a bonus but its an unregistered key. Still works

I've been using Ebay OEM keys for years now and they're still all activated. Great you let your community know about it :) Luckily it's completely legal to resell and buy OEM keys in most countries and it should be everywhere. It's scraped off or from volume licenses, so nothing pirated or stolen - paid and legit. The guys who complain about it are most of the time jealous because they overpaid.

Hey if you get a key from an old win7 oem pc, it will activate your win 10 install without issue, so free for most people.

Yeah.... this actually worked for me. I bought form a different seller (ebay.co.uk), but received the keys immediately and upgraded from Home to Pro. I was skeptical but it worked, and windows is activated. I literally almost bought a $180 copy the other day. So glad I watched this.

I bought mine off of an eBay seller called Senior Software, it seems like they're not selling them anymore but I can confirm I've been using them for I think 8 months now and haven't had any problems yet. It's a Win 10 Pro key. It was around 3 USD if memory serves right.

just get it for free some where, pop it in a usb to boot for ur pc and then use command prompt if u don't like that watermark in the bottom right "activate windows" or something to activate it.
