I would recommend Kreia and Rick Sanchez. But I don't think she could get past his crudeness and often aggressive dismissiveness.

Then there is Kreia and Dr Who, but I am not sure which one.

Finally, Kreia and Silver Surfer.

Saying that CIS can't do much against Republic without Palpatine is actually opposite of the truth; Palpatine was the one holding CIS back all the time. They could have curbstomped Republic at many points in war if they werent under Sidious's commands by just actually using their sheer numbers. When is this happening, by the way? Did battle of Courouscant took place yet? CIS would be likely very scrambled after this one.
