Slitherfang is a cute little thing, and even better than any of the other shields. I'm definitely going to get him (probably for Megatron) and Smashdown (for Magnus).

-Slitherfang is awesome. Like the transparent purple on the cobra snake mode, as he's the first figure released for the Quintesson side.
-Rung making a return in Earthrise is surprising, but welcome. A second chance to get him is anyone didn't from Siege.

It's nice that they re-released Rung, he was so hard to find the first time around.
Technically Slitherfang is released as a Quintesson, but he looks soooo much more like a Decepticon with those colors.

I like how Rung has a look reminiscent of the sort of non-toy characters Fluro Dery designed.

Don't care about Rung but Slitherfang looks cool solely for his cobra mode (even if he is a floor shield)

Nice review . skipped Rung due to having his siege version. Slitherfang is great and even funner with multiple 3 minimum or more to make a longer snake.

Slitherfang is NOT a Decepticon. He is (currently) the only Quntesson Faction BattleMaster.

I just picked these up Tuesday and they r actually nicely detailed in person and pretty sure u have to turn the waist around in alt form for rung

Rung is still only available at scalper prices here in the EU. :(
But then again the only Battlemasters I see in regular online stores are the Siege first wave and even those oscillate in price a bit too much for my taste.

When Slitherfang is in his Shield/Platform since he has treads under u can to to other platforms or transport the Decepticons

Im a new collector and wish to get new earthrise / siege figures, which do you recommend?

That Blast effect is supposedly recycled from a Darth Vader playset.
Which is why it's not like the others- it is actually a Star Wars effects part originally.

Defo getting him. A nice shield mode, basic yet clever transformation and hes the first snake mode transformer (to my knowledge). Way better than soundbarrier. A clever little figure. Just wish they'd paired him up with Singe instead of Rung (need one for my Spinister and can't get one cheap online).
