Not to forgot to mention the phase distortions... as data is compressed, phase gets somehow "rounded" = frequencies get shifted in time= preringing/postringing. When you do it like 2-3 times in a row or chose very low quality the phase shift gets audible as time shift.
It can be clearly heard on the percussion elements in your video (the drums are "phasey" like if flanger was applied).
Also the phase shift is one of the reasons why headroom is lost - waves add on each other differently...
