One of my greatest disappointments with _Ruin_ was not getting to see more of Sun and Moon. I was always curious about what became of them specifically, but that feeling only grew stronger once I saw their back-and-forth for the brief time we did get to spend with them in the DLC.

I really love how menacing you Moon look here. It definitely makes the cutscene in the actual game feel like something from a horror movie and also that Grin makes Moon’s presence even more unsettling.

I like that despite Sun being a timid character. He has enough courage to struggle to gain control again. He's struggling to protect Cassie from Moon, and even though Moon is too strong for Sun to take control. He's still able to stop him from attacking long enough for Cassie to reboot them into Eclipse.

Tbh I love the movement of the broken side of face, really shows how uncanny it is for them to have moving teeth /pos

I love the detail that when suns displayed one of the hands fingers aren't sharp and are more rounded tips. I love the attention to the little things.

I've always envied how you're able to take such a mechanical and stiff (expression wise) character and turn him into something that seems organic, but without losing any of the OG robot asthetics. And this one just adds to it even more, seeing the endoskeleton "face" represented as organic and skeletal and the fingers represented as more skeletal than metal. (Also don't think I missed the detail of the right hand trying to look more "normal" as Sun tries to fight for control, I see u)

Honestly, Moon is in serious need of a "nap", himself. He's showing what equates to sleep deprivation signs in a machine, as I'd expect that his internal computer workings needs a serious restart, defrag and full charge. 👀

I listened to some of the extracted isolated audio, and some of the idling noises he makes ((the noises that are just grunts and snarls while he's frozen in place)) sounds like the Glitch is making it hard for him to even "breathe", much less, think.

What I noticed was that Sun and Moon in the DLC don’t really sound like robots. (Not like the rest of the glamrocks anyway.) Sun’s voice sounds sort of ethereal, and Moon’s is very harsh and throaty, as well as making “human like” sounds. (Ex. You can here Moon swallow while struggling after the second light is on)

Add that to the fact the flashlight did nothing to them when Gregory held it, but then Cassie flashed him with it and he _screamed._ And Sun's been fighting for control so long that he's managed it somewhat. They've broken themselves fighting over control. Sun's pitiful rocking and singing (I don't know if you can _only_ hear his singing in VANNI mode or not) and how his spokes are frayed, since when he changes in SB he claws at them and his face, just adds the cherry to the cake.

Moon's ironically getting _weaker_ the longer they stay in the dark, just like Sun got weaker the longer the lights stayed on. My little Moonster. I've always loved your animations of them both, especially how you make them both so life-like while keeping them robotic.

I feel really bad for Sun and Moon having to fight for control but the new arrival of Eclipse was pretty cool and I love his voice it’s so sweet and calming
