Hiromi is phenemonal. Her music is so exploratory for the mind. The piano solo stretch from 3:15 - 4:20 minute is so lyrical. Her playing in this stretch is reminiscent of The Late Great Joe Sample. Does anyone else discern this observation? The trumpet playing reminds me of Chuck Mangione on the album "The Children of Sanchez". My references are telling my age.

I still remember watching this group back in May. They were all nice enough to grab a selfie with, and I had the honor of conversing with Hadrien Feraud and Hiromi.
