I would have loved it if there werent cuts when putting the gromit in, or skipping milliseconds when removin certain screws

Please please PLEASE emphasize to discard the C screw before placing the grounding screw. This was missed after placing the uprights. It was definitely my fault missing it but it would have definitely been beneficial to have it emphasized. Otherwise this was a helpful and great video!

I need support in step 3 fixing the ground screw, at the moment mine is out and no matter how hard I try to tighten it, it does not turn anymore. Is it a problem if it is out and not completely flat?

How do we lift the base, when I go to lift it the entire thing moves

When i get to step 13 it seems like the storage latch is too long to be inserted properly. any suggestions?

We tried installing this yesterday but could not make it past the handrail part.

We were not able to fit all 4 screws in or get the right angle to fit the rail to the base.

Are we missing something?

On step 13 where you raise the storage latch to the vertical position I can’t push the bolt back through with the latch because the silver metal part in the center is sticking out past the black part. It is not aligned like in the video. Do you have to physically pull it up or did I miss something?
