For me, this is the most beautiful musical work I have ever heard and the entire Atlantis CD is my absolute favorite! David Arkenstone is a musical genius, I am grateful to have found him and his wonderful compositions - he has made life so much more meaningful for me. I only wish I could meet him to express my appreciation.

I've never said this about any artist, well except Dolly Parton but that's just cause she is the angel Dolly Parton, but David Akenstones music will always be special to me. I once was getting a message in a salon and David was playing and I told them "this is my favorite'. To them it was just soothing ambient music but I knew every note by heart. It impressed the message therapist. I think that people that are deep yet humble get this kind of jam. I think that sound is interdimensional and resonates through out all that is. Sound touches the soul. Thank you David for the so many melancholy experiences. I've spent a many a nights at home chilling with the lights dimmed and incense and candles burning, just chilling in the calm that your music brings to me. Peace

I once read an early interview with David and he said that one of his dreams was to be able to perform his music with a full orchestra. Until then he was the only player, with maybe one more percussionist on stage with him. But, I suspect in his amazing mind, there were many other instruments and harmonies going on. This is a wonderful performance by everyone, and it's so special to know that his dream has come true.

For those of you that have just discovered David Arkenstone, welcome. He has been in my life since in 1980's when I was listening to " In the Wake of the Wind." Since he had made countless albums and each song distinct in its own right. Then he made an amazing album with Charlee Brooks just a few years ago. By far my favorite artist.
