Last week, I listened to this practice but for money while working. During my task, for less than 5 minutes, I stopped what I was doing, just listened, and really immersed myself in thanks and gratitude. I didnt even hear of this prayer but I have always done this same formula. Before night, I would pray to God, first apologizing for wrong things I may have done to others and to myself, then being grateful for everything, expressing my love for him and his blessings, and then asking and believing that it is already done, still keeping in mind that I have to be in a state of humility and generosity. Next thing I know, as soon as I dont think about it, miracles happen or I end up getting what I want in unexpexted natural ways or I end up getting something 10x better than what I asked for.
