Sure, ppl will play it more now that it's new but after few weeks (maybe more) ppl will lose interest.

The sole reason why I think it wont cross servers like hypixel cuz some modes such as bw/sw are just better on 1.8

you should record with audacity so you can have an audio file with ur mic and one with game audio so you can edit out the background noise or just have game audio.

In my opinion i dont think it will really kill hypixel because IT is the biggest server in the world so yeah i think the player case would be the same but there will be people who would prefer playing tubnet sure but it wont kill hypixel
