This guitar is a standard double neck acoustic, but he added a bass neck that he had specially made. He does a beautiful rendition of The Gaul, better known as theme of the film; The last of the Mohicans. He has most early stuff on the CandyRat Music channel on Youtube if you want to see his early releases. You ladies won't be disappointed.

He's a talented player.
You can get twin neck guitars electric and acoustic. The usual combination is 6 and 12 string. I have a twin neck Gibson SG.

The instrument in this video I guess would be custom made including a bass which I think had just 3 strings.
The only other triple neck acoustic I've seen was played by Richie Sambora in Moscow playing Wanted Dead or Alive.
It had an 8 string mandolin, a 6 string and 12 string.
I think it was made by Ovation.
He also has a twin neck acoustic
by Ovation which he plays on YouTube the acoustic version of Livin on a Prayer.

Kathy's expression when she first saw him was priceless!
